Rihanna wants to be friends

We thought the Chris Brown and Rihanna saga was over now that a judge had made a ruling. Brown is supposed to stay away from Rihanna, keeping at least 9 meters away at public events.
It turns out that Rihanna is not happy with the ruling because she still wants to be friends with her ex-boyfriend. A source reportedly said that the pair thought the ruling was "unnecessary and ridiculous."
The pair have already broken the rules because they have stayed in touch telephonically. The source also said that they don't plan on getting back together but they do want to remain close friends.



Rihanna and Chris Brown would both like to get rid of a court order dictating the former flames are to remain 50 yards away from each other at all times.The no-contact clause is part of a protection order that was handed down Tuesday after Brown pleaded guilty in a criminal proceeding to one count of felony assault. Brown’s assault charge stemmed from an altercation before the Grammy Awards in February that left Rihanna battered and bruised.
