Rihanna Set With Taylor Momsen: Rihanna Fixed Taylor Momsen – Rihanna recently posted a number of pictures to her Twitter account that showed her standing next to her wax figure that was placed in Madame Tussauds in Washington DC. Although Rihanna was not present for the unveiling of the wax figure, she was offered a sneak peak so that she could work around her busy schedule. A spokesperson for the museum said that Rihanna “absolutely loved” her wax figure and she even made it her Twitter default picture.

Rihanna also blasted actress and singer Taylor Momsen for a number of comments that she made about her. Momsen had said that many people confuse pop with rock, and then cited Rihanna’s wardrobe as an example that can lead to this confusion.

Rihanna Kiss Photos: Wax Figure: Rihanna has become the latest star who was honored with her own wax figure. On Tuesday, August 31, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Washington D.C. unveiled a Rihanna wax figure and the 22-year-old Barbadian beauty was so proud of her wax statue, she even changed her Twitter picture to image of her and her "twin".

Rihanna is now sporting a red hair, while her wax figure has her old blonde quiff. The wax statue dons a black lace corset, black fitted jacket, black skinny pants and black silk heels which were donated by the "Russian Roulette" singer. Meanwhile, Madame Tussauds provided the tennis bracelet, diamond earrings and a gold and diamond ring which are donned by the wax figure.

Rumor has it Rihanna  and Drake enjoyed a date together this week. The musicians previously dated (although only briefly) last year, when RiRi called-off her relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

 When Rihanna sleeps, she is quite the snorer. First class passengers caught an earful of the singer’s Zzs on an American Airlines transcontinental flight from Maimi to Los Angeles. Apparently, per U.K.’s The Sun, Rihanna boarded the flight after coming from a boozy party.

Upon taking her seat, the pop R&B singer fell straight asleep. One traveler complained: “Rihanna had the first seat in first class. “She was allowed to board with her bodyguard before anyone else. “By the time the rest of the plane boarded, she was already asleep – she was snoring a lot.”

Three-time Grammy winner Rihanna will be in Sydney on the weekend of Mardi Gras 2011. The Umbrella singer is set for a concert at Sydney’s Acer Arena on Friday March 4. Mardi Gras 2011 has been confirmed for the following night – Saturday March 5. Hmmmm.

Her confirmed date in Sydney is part of Rihanna’s ‘Last Girl On Earth’ tour, which starts in Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Friday February 25, visits Newcastle on the 28th, then hits Sydney.

She’s also scheduled for Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Monday March 7, then Adelaide on Thursday March 10, finishing up on Perth’s Burswood Dome on Saturday March 12.

Rihanna promises her Aussie shows will feature her full World Tour production, featuring featuring multiple theatrical production and set changes, a full band, acrobats, dancers and outrageous outfits. Mardi Gras’ organizers will not confirm any guest act rumours.

Rihanna has taken it upon herself to plan an over-the-top bachelorette party for her BFF Katy Perry. “Planning Katy Perry’s bachelorette party is taking up way more time than my tour,” she tells “Access Hollywood.” “It’s so much pressure. Her wedding  is probably gonna be the best wedding I’ve ever been to and now I have to match the bachelorette party to that.”

She also shares why she bonded with the “California Gurls” singer. “We had similar personalities and I just really connected to her character,” says RiRi. “I love that she was so real, so down-to-earth. [She's] really, really fun; she doesn’t take herself too seriously.” While she wouldn’t drop hints about what she’s planning, you can expect something wild. “If you want a bachelorette party, you need to call me.”

Singer Rihanna is making her first step toward becoming a singer-actor as she has joined the cast of the upcoming film “Battleship.” The board game adaptation is being directed by Peter Berg. The singer joins a cast that already includes Taylor Kitsch and Alexander Skarsgard.

The two will play brothers and naval officers who are part of a multinational task force that will have to defend Earth against an invading alien force. At this point the role Rihanna will play remains unknown. The singer is one of two new cast members as Tadanobu Asano has also joined the cast.

Asano has previously held leading roles in “Ichi the Killer” and the Genghis Khan biopic “Mongol.” Rihanna’s current collaboration with Eminem, “Love the Way You Lie,” is on top of the music charts. The music video for the song is expected to hit airwaves this week and stars Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan.
