The Barbadian beauty was fresh off of a concert at Mediolanum Forum while getting a well-deserved day off before her next stage effort at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, Spain on Wednesday.
Aside from her tour duties, a new report tells that RiRi has listed her 8,520-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills as a short sale for a cool $4.5 million. The listing price is well below her 2009 purchase price of $6.9 million - as the abode is described as a "major fixer with extensive damage from moisture and water intrusion at the roof, windows, doors, and balconies" thanks to water leakage during her time of ownership.
As for the specs, the 23-year-old's pad boasts eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a sauna, steam room, library, gourmet kitchen, master suite and private home theater while sitting on more than three-quarters of an acre of land.
