Pop star Rihanna is sending out an SOS – with a string of staggering backstage demands for her world tour. According to a US report, the singer has drawn up a list of diva-like dressing room requests – including white chiffon drapes, white tulips and animal print rugs and cushions. She also wants a six-foot white couch which must be 'wide enough for her to stretch out on and sometimes take a nap'.
And the dressing room must be scented with six 'Archipelago Black Forest Candles'. 'If you can’t get these, please let me know ASAP as we have a second choice of candle for Ri,' her Last Girl On Earth tour rider apparently states.
A US website claims to have obtained a copy of Rihanna’s tour rider – a document which instructs venues about artists' needs ahead of a concert. If the document is genuine it includes a string of requests which would make Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez proud.
As well as a 'white, cloth, plush' couch, Rihanna apparently needs two 'comfortable loveseats' – also white – and six to eight 'throw pillows' which cannot under any circumstances be decorated with sequins. The US leg of the 22-year-old singer's world tour is due to kick off in Auburn, Washington, on July 2.
